Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has signed an MoU with Alliance Air Aviation Ltd to supply of two Civil Do-228 aircraft for regional operations in Arunachal Pradesh. The aircraft will be provided for Regional Connectivity Scheme.
The new aircraft will have capabilities of short take-off and landing, ability to land and take-off from semi-prepared runways.
