Reliance Power is to set up the Tato II hydro electric project (4 x 175 MW) across river Siyom in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh. A special purpose vehicle in the name & style of Tato Hydro Power Ltd has been formed to build the project on BOT basis. The company has engaged SNC-Lavalin Engineering as owner’s consultant for the project. The company has invited tenders in Feb 2012 for awarding EPC works.
