Arunachal Pradesh government has signed several MoUs with private investors which will entail investment of over ₹ 12000 million in the state.
The MoUs with private investors across sectors like tourism and hospitality, oil and gas, retail, power, equipment manufacturing and sports has potential to create over 8000 gainful employment opportunities in the state. Significant among them are The Polo Towers Group, for ₹ 4190 million in hospitality sector, Jungle Travels in Hospitality Sector, Sterlite Power in electricity transmission sector, Alinz Portable Petrol Pump Pvt Ltd for portable petrol pumps in Arunachal and in Northeast.
Others include Archit Electricals Pvt – manufacturing and repairing of electrical items like oil cool and air cool transformers of various type with investment of Rs 10 crore, Mobisoft Technology for IT hub etc.,
