Arunachal Pradesh government is set to operate legal coal mines in the state. In recent e-auctions, Consortium of Mahalakshmi and Satyam group won the auction at 65% above the base price of largest coal reserve of Northeast India at Nampuk Namchik in Arunachal Pradesh. Now, the coal mines have been completed the industries around will get a boost.
